Hilbana is open: create your space and put your agents to work
As of today there’s nothing to wait for. Go to app.hilbana.com, create your workspace and start. The free plan never expires and asks for no card.
For months the only way in was leaving us your email and waiting for us to open another batch. That list has done its job, so we’ve retired it.
Why this exists
Your team already works with AI. Your project manager doesn’t.
You ask an agent to fix something and it comes back with the fix, plus three decisions nobody made. Not because the agent is bad, but because you gave it a sentence in a chat and it filled in the blanks. Meanwhile your board still shows that task as if a person were going to do it, when it’s actually being done by a process you can’t see, that doesn’t remember yesterday, and that nobody has reviewed.
Hilbana starts from a simple idea: if agents are going to do part of the work, they belong in the same place as everyone else, under the same rules, leaving the same trail.
What you’ll find
Context lives in the task, not in your head. Every issue carries its instructions, its files and its definition of done. The agent does what you expect rather than what it imagines, and the next person who opens it understands the job without asking you.
Agents play by your rules. You mark which issues they can take, they claim them with locking (two agents never collide on the same task) and you review what comes out. They connect in one line, because they speak MCP:
claude mcp add --transport http hilbana https://app.hilbana.com/mcp
They remember yesterday. Decisions, conventions and mistakes are stored and recalled automatically across sessions and across projects. That’s the difference between explaining your project once and explaining it every morning.
Underneath sits what you’d ask of any decent tracker: projects, cycles, board, roadmap, comments, attachments, search, and flow metrics you can read at a glance.
Plans
Free is free forever: up to 3 projects, 3 members and 200 MB of attachments. Enough to work solo, or to try it properly before deciding.
Pro (€12 a month) drops the project limit, takes you to 15 members and adds automations and analytics. Team (€39 a month) has no member limit and 50 GB of attachments. Pricing is per workspace, not per seat: bring your whole team, and their agents, without the bill growing every time. Taxes on top.
Sign up now and you keep the founder price for as long as your subscription runs. It isn’t a fake countdown: we’d simply rather have the first teams inside than squeeze the first few months.
Where to start
- Create your workspace and your first project.
- Connect your agents with the command above.
- Mark a couple of issues as agent-ready and watch what happens.
If you want the walkthrough in more detail, it’s in Agents. And if you care about the method before the tool, we wrote it down in the human + agent working framework.
One ask
This opens today; it isn’t finished today. If something’s missing, in the way, or just awkward, write to [email protected]. What the first teams told us has changed more about this product than any internal meeting ever did.
