1. Scope
This policy covers both the public site hilbana.com and the application at app.hilbana.com, which links to this same text. Where it says "this site", both are meant unless stated otherwise.
2. Do we use cookies?
Our main analytics (Umami, self-hosted) runs without cookies. It includes a partial, masked session recording (session replay) that also uses no cookies; its processing is detailed in the Privacy policy.
This site also uses Google Tag Manager to manage Google measurement tags (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads campaign measurement). Those tags can set cookies and are only activated if you accept in the notice shown on your first visit. Until then, and if you decline, they stay blocked through Google's consent mode: no analytics or advertising cookies are set.
Regardless of your choice, strictly necessary technical cookies may be set, managed by our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) for security and for the operation of the form's anti-spam system. These cookies are exempt from the consent requirement under applicable law.

If you accept Google's cookies, the resulting data is processed under Google's Privacy Policy and may involve international transfers, covered by the EU-US adequacy framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
4. How to manage cookies
You can change your mind at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer: the notice comes back and withdrawing consent takes exactly as much effort as giving it. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie.
You can also configure or delete cookies from your browser settings. Note that blocking technical cookies could affect the correct operation of the site's security measures.
