Hilbana in under a minute.

Your tasks, your agents, your context. See it working in 55 seconds.

The problem

You manage with people and AI. Your tool only gets half of it.

You can't see what your agents do

Your team already works with AI, but your tracker doesn't show it: you don't know which task each agent has or what it's deciding.

The app lags behind

You work faster than the tool responds: every action waits on the cloud and breaks your flow.

Always starting from scratch

Every session you repeat the same context. Your agents forget what was agreed (decisions and conventions) and end up doing the wrong thing.

First-class agents

Built for human + agent work

Not a chatbot bolted on top. Agents are first-class citizens: they read, write and pick up work just like your team.

Context on every task

Every issue carries instructions, files and a definition of β€œdone”. The agent does exactly what you expect, not what it imagines.

Memory that travels with them

They remember decisions, conventions and mistakes across sessions β€” and across projects on the paid plans. Saved and recalled automatically.

You're in charge

Mark which issues they can take and review what they build. With locking so two agents never clash on the same task.

Testimonials

Already using it
What it took off our plate was having to explain the same thing to every agent, every time. We design the tasks in Hilbana and then just work through a backlog that's already structured and prioritised. The context lives in the task, not in my head.

Features

Everything you expect from a modern tracker. Without the bloat.

Fast, no waiting

The UI responds instantly; the server catches up after. No spinners.

Projects, cycles and roadmap

Plan like Linear, without Jira's friction.

Integrations that matter

Two-way GitHub, email-to-issue, webhooks, automations.

Analytics that mean something

Cycle time, WIP and throughput, ready to read. Plus what your team ships vs. your agents, side by side.

Full collaboration

Comments, mentions, reactions, notifications, attachments.

Your data, your rules

Full-text search, open MCP and a complete export of your data for GDPR.

Use cases

Different teams, the same mess: keeping people and agents in sync.

Development team

Several agents in one repo, without stepping on each other

The problem

Your team and your agents touch the same code. Nobody knows who has what until two pieces of work collide in the same file.

With Hilbana
  • You mark which issues an agent may pick up; the rest stay with the team.
  • Each agent locks the task it is working on, so two never start the same one.
  • You review what comes back on the same board, with their comment trail.
Small team

Explaining context stops being your bottleneck

The problem

Two of you and a handful of agents. What slows you down isn't writing code: it's repeating the same background so every session can get going.

With Hilbana
  • Every task carries its instructions and its definition of β€œdone”: the agent starts without asking.
  • Memory keeps decisions and conventions, and brings them back on its own next session.
  • A prioritised backlog works as the queue: agents pull from it without you steering each step.
Several clients at once

Each project with its own context and deadlines

The problem

You switch client five times a day and every project has its own rules, stack and people. Mixing contexts gets expensive.

With Hilbana
  • One space per project, with its docs and its memory: contexts never bleed into each other.
  • Due-date rules put a deadline on what you commit to each client, automatically.
  • Analytics tell you what your team closed and what your agents closed, project by project.
How it works

Up and running in minutes.

01

Create your space

Invite your team and create your first project.

02

Connect your agents

One MCP command and they read and write issues.

terminal
$ claude mcp add --transport http hilbana https://app.hilbana.com/mcp
03

Work in parallel

People and agents, on the same board, in real time.

Demo

See it in action.

An agent picks up an issue (with its context) and moves it across the board, from To do to Done, on the same Kanban as your team.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Is my data mine?

Yes. Export all your data whenever you want (we're GDPR-compliant) and work with open MCP.

How do I control what agents do?

You mark which issues they can take; they claim them with locking (two agents never clash) and you review what they build.

Do my agents remember previous work?

Yes. They store decisions, conventions and mistakes and recall them across sessions on their own. Recalling them across projects too comes with the paid plans; if you go back to Free nothing is deleted, it just stops searching outside the project.

Do agents count as members?

No. Members are people. On paid plans agents are unlimited and never take a seat; Free includes one.

Do I need to know AI to use it?

No. It works great without agents; with them, it flies.

Which agents does it support?

Any that speak MCP (Claude, your own tools…).

Can I bring my JIRA project over?

Yes, from Settings β†’ Import, with your Atlassian token. Before anything is written you get a preview of exactly what will happen. Issues come over with their description, status, priority, assignee, labels, dates, estimate, the hierarchy (Epics become the parent issue) and comments with their original author and date. Attachments, change history, sprints, versions and issue links do not come over. Free imports 200 issues per import; paid plans have no cap.

Can I try it for free?

Yes, two ways: signing up gives you 14 days of Pro with no card, and the Free plan never expires (3 projects, 3 members, 1 agent and 500 MB of attachments).

What happens when the Pro trial ends?

You move to Free automatically. We never asked for a card, so there's no surprise charge. Your data stays put: only Pro features pause.

Is paying yearly cheaper?

Yes: yearly is two months free compared to monthly. You can switch cycles whenever you want from your account.

We're a large team β€” which plan fits?

Team includes 15 people and adds €4/month for each extra one. If you're well beyond that, or need SSO, an SLA or invoicing, let's talk and we'll tailor it.

Can I switch plans or cancel?

Whenever you want, from your account. If you cancel you keep access until the period you've already paid for ends.

Stop managing against your tool. Start managing with it.
