What Hilbana is and how this documentation is organized.
Hilbana is a project manager built for teams that work with people and with AI agents on the same board. This documentation describes the product feature by feature.

How it’s organized
The docs are grouped into the sections you see in the sidebar:
- Getting started: this overview and the setup tutorial.
- Daily work: the issues and the views you live in.
- Projects: projects, board, cycles, docs and templates.
- Agents & AI: how to connect agents and what to ask them for.
- Automation & integrations: rules, webhooks, GitHub and email.
- Workspace & settings: members, states, profile, billing.
Every page follows the same structure: what it is, what it’s for, and how to use it.
Base concepts
Before diving in, it helps to know three pieces that recur across the product:
Issues
The unit of work. Every task, bug or improvement is an issue with its status, its priority and an assignee, which can be a person or an agent.
Projects
They group related issues and give them shared context: goals, documents and a board of their own.
Agents
AI agents are first-class assignees: they get issues, change states and leave comments, just like a person.
