Account overview

All your workspaces at a glance: what's moving, what your agents are doing right now and what has stalled. For the account owner, on paid plans.

On video

  • All your workspaces at a glance
  • Ask your agent how the company is doing

If you have several workspaces —one team per client, product or department—, the account overview shows how your whole account is doing without opening each one: how much gets closed, what’s in progress, what your agents are doing and what needs your attention. It updates live.

Who sees it

  • It belongs to the account owner: the person who created the workspaces and pays for them. It only includes the workspaces you own; workspaces from other accounts where you’re a member don’t show up.
  • It appears when you own two or more workspaces. With just one, the workspace’s Home already gives you that view.
  • It’s included in the paid plans (Pro, Team and Enterprise, and during the trial). On the Free plan you’ll see the entry with a lock and a preview. See Billing and plans.

How to open it

  • From the workspace switcher (top left): the first option is Account overview.
  • From the command palette (Ctrl/⌘ + K): type “account overview”.

While you’re there, the sidebar stops being a workspace’s and shows your workspaces with their health light. Click one to go into it through its Home.

What it shows

  • Account figures: issues closed in the last 7 days (compared with the previous week), in progress, agents working right now, the queue of agent-ready issues nobody has picked up, and stuck issues.

  • Needs attention: what you should look at, most serious first:

    • issues in progress with no activity for more than 5 days;
    • issues whose last agent run failed or was cancelled;
    • milestones and cycles past their date with work pending, or due within a week with less than half done;
    • stalled active projects: open work and no movement in 14 days.

    Each row takes you to its issue, milestone or project, even if it’s in another workspace.

  • Workspaces: one row per workspace with its figures, its last activity and a health light:

    • green: moving along;
    • amber: needs attention (some stuck issues, a few days without movement, or a sharp drop in closed issues);
    • red: stalled or stuck (a week without movement with open work, or most of what’s in progress stuck).

    A workspace with no pending work never shows red: it’s quiet, not stalled.

  • What agents are doing now: every agent working, on which issue, in which workspace and since when. If it works over MCP, you see the key it uses (“via claude-code”).

Live

The Live feed column lists what happens in your workspaces as it happens: an agent picks up or drops an issue, one is created or changes state. Figures that change light up for a moment. At the top right, the badge tells you whether you’re live or reconnecting; while it reconnects, the view keeps updating every 30 seconds.

From your agent

Through the MCP server, your agent has the account_overview tool, which returns the same as this screen. Ask it “how is the company doing this week?” or “what’s stalled?”. It only answers if you own a workspace, and it isn’t available with a key scoped to a single project.
