Workspace settings
Organization name, data export (GDPR) and deleting the workspace.
A workspace is your organization in Hilbana: it holds the teams, projects, members and data. Its general settings are managed here.
Rename
The workspace name is changed from the workspace switcher (top of the sidebar): open the menu and choose rename. The owner or an admin can do it.
Data export (GDPR)
In Settings → General:
- Export my data: download your personal data as a file (any user).
- Export a whole workspace: download the entire workspace (owner/admin only).
Delete the workspace
In the «danger zone» of Settings → General, only the owner can delete the workspace. It requires typing its identifier to confirm, cancels the subscription and deletes the data. You can’t delete your last workspace.
